Shall the Town vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $170,000 for the purpose of obtaining State Permits and constructing a second egress from George M. Muldoon Park on to Nashua Road? (Recommended by Selectmen) (Recommended by Budget Committee) (Majority Vote Required)

Voter's Guide Explanation
The current single access to Muldoon Park is from a highly trafficked Mammoth Road. Approval of this Article will fund engineering, design and construction of a second egress to Nashua Road which will greatly improve traffic flow both to and from the Park.
