Shall the Town vote to establish a Senior Center Building Capital Reserve Fund under the provisions of RSA 35:1 for the purpose of constructing an addition and making improvements to the current Senior Center and to raise and appropriate the sum of $100,000 to be placed in that fund for that purpose? (Recommended by Selectmen) (Recommended by Budget Committee) (Majority Vote Required)

Voter's Guide Explanation
The Pelham Senior Center is seeing increased participation from Pelham residents and in increasing their services are running out of room. The Senior Center is exploring alternatives to increase the facility size and maintain its current character. Establishing this Capital Reserve will allow time to complete plans and allow time to build funding to pay for this expansion project.
