Three building are in disrepair including (1) the main lodge, (2) the restroom facility, (3) lifeguard shack.

Lifeguard shack built in 1951. Mural created in 2002. Window sealed over in 2004 to prevent vandalism. This building was hit by lightning in 2003 injuring 20 campers and staff.
